All Gets Done.

THE DETAILS, IN PLAIN VIEW

Terms of use

Conditions for using the current All Gets Done service for your business.

1. Service and provider

All Gets Done is provided by Alexander Schmitz, NovaApps, Am Rottenbach 3, 31008 Elze, Germany; info@novaapps.de. It helps businesses organize locations, team accounts and tasks. The service is intended for business and professional use. A person setting up a workspace must be authorized to act for that business.

2. Current test access

The current version provides test workspaces with the limits shown in the application. No paid subscription or automatic billing starts merely by registering. Paid services, prices and renewal terms require a separate agreement. Functions may change during development. We will communicate material changes affecting ongoing use; these terms do not grant an unrestricted right to change an agreed paid service.

3. Accounts and permissions

Provide accurate business and contact information. Keep passwords and activation codes confidential, assign appropriate roles and deactivate access when it is no longer needed. Employees may use only the workspace and data they are authorized to access. Tell us promptly if you suspect that an account has been compromised.

4. Permitted use and your content

Use the service lawfully. Do not upload unlawful content, unnecessary sensitive personal data, malware or content that infringes others' rights. Do not attempt to bypass access controls or disrupt the service. Your business retains its rights to its content and grants only the permissions needed to store, process and display that content to provide the service.

5. Workplace data and privacy

Your business is responsible for lawful collection and use of workplace data, information to employees, permissions and any required involvement of employee representatives. Where we process personal data on your behalf, an Article 28 GDPR processing agreement is required. Contact us before using real employee data if that agreement is not yet in place. The privacy notice describes how the service processes data.

6. Availability and offline work

Internet access and a compatible device are required for initial login and synchronization. Offline changes are not available to other team members until successfully synced. Check synchronization before relying on a status or deleting local data. The current test service has no agreed uptime guarantee and is not designed for emergency or safety-critical coordination. Mandatory duties of care remain unaffected.

7. Export, ending use and protective measures

Owners can export the structured records offered by the in-app export function; this export does not include all photos or every historical event. Arrange any additional data handover with us before requesting deletion. You may stop using a test workspace and request its closure by email. We may temporarily restrict access when necessary to investigate misuse or protect the service. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason to the business and help restore legitimate access.

8. Liability

Statutory liability applies. In particular, nothing in these terms excludes liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Your business should maintain appropriate records and backups for its own obligations.

9. Questions and individual agreements

Contact us if you need clarification about the service or these terms. Individually agreed terms and mandatory statutory protections take precedence. Changes to an existing contract require the legally necessary agreement; simply replacing the text on this page does not by itself constitute your acceptance.
